The iPhone is a smartphone which is created by Apple. It is a combination of a computer, iPod, digital camera and cellular phone. So the iPhone is a 29 years old smartphone. The other one is Samsung, which was founded in South Korea in 1969 as Samsung Electric Industries. Nowadays, many electronic devices are made by Samsung Electronics, such as television, refrigerator s, washing machine, etc. Both companies are business rivals in the field of mobile phones. They tried hard to overcome each other by adding new features in their latest items.

The camera is one of the most important features of the smartphone. All smartphones must have a camera. Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Ultra has an impressive camera that can take 108MP images. It is also well known for its zooming quality. On the other hand, the iPhone 11 Pro has such abilities that it can even compete with the DSLR camera.

Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Ultra has a rear camera with a 108MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera, a 48MP telephoto camera, and for a portrait shot a depth vision camera. In comparison, the iPhone has a 12MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera. So Samsung’s camera quality is better than the iPhone considering the above specs.

When photos were taken trough both phones, you could notice that the image of the Samsung device is sharper, and the edge detection is better than that of iPhones. But the iPhone offers more balanced color images with its high-end smartphone camera, which’s dynamic range is quite well.

As I said, the Galaxy S20 has a 108megapixels wide-angle camera that can provide sharp and detailed photos, but iPhone has only 12 megapixels camera, and the images taken by iPhone are not as good as Samsung. The Galaxy S20 Ultra has a 100x Space Zoom feature, which makes photos clearer and crisper than Apple’s 10x zoom photos.

Both phones have a night mode feature, but the iPhone has better HDR processing, which delivers more usable and a little light picture.

The Galaxy S20 features a 40MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture, but the iPhone 11 Pro Max has a 12MP camera with f/2.2 aperture, but there are not much differences between their pictures.

The Galaxy offers an 8K video while the iPhone offers 4K video, which looks great, but the images are poorly stabilized.

In the end, both Samsung and iPhone have good quality cameras through them, one can get impressive photos.
